Hotel Lumière an der Messe

Everything is good except the lighting is not enough so the room looks very dark.

Cooler is not working , telephone the same , Not clean after first night.

My room was on the lowest level, but I slept very well. It was quieter than I expected because it was close to the train station. The stairs to get to the checking in desk was too much with heavy bags and no one assisted. The staff was ok, not overly welcoming but not rude.

The place is great for its price Shafi and murtaza were great i don’t know if i spelled their name correct and also the night shift guy.. Cleaning service was great.. They gave a room and AC wasn’t that great and they fixed the issue right away and gave me a better room. Location is very good center of Frankfurt anything you need is near by food/malls etc The only thing is a bit annoying outside the hotel are some homeless people who are blocking the walking way but other than that Its one of the great places in Frankfurt now and i come to Frankfurt every year I would definitely come again Thank you team Hotel Lumière

Excellent stay at the hotel, the room had a fridge and kettle. The only downfall is the surrounding streets, lots of people on drugs around central station and hotel area during the day.

Room was about right for the price, but the rest of the building was very dirty. I left a day early, which was a Friday night and they would do anything to recapture my last night cost.

Area is not nice at all

Corridors dirty, breakfast area dark and uninviting. Room ok. Walk from the station short, but very unpleasant.

We booked breakfast, but on arrival we were told that we had to pay an extra 40 euros per night, as hotels.com/expedia had made an error. They did not contact us in advance, and there us no way for us to contact hotels.com, as it's all AI chat or irrelevant 'resources'. I sent an email but have had no response.They are not there to support. Very disappointed with the hotel and extremely disappointed with hotels.com.

Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms are on the small site. Location good, but too many sketchy people around the train station. Staff very helpful. Providing vouchers for public transport.
