Stayed for 3 nights. The reception staff, Shanice and other Caribbean lady also the lady from New York , very helpful and friendly.This place is surprisingly peaceful and delivers. Pool area small but great to chill around, very good value

Location was great for visiting the park. It was nice to be close to restaurants and be able to walk rather than paying for parking in Gatlinburg.

A window in the bedroom would have been nice, although the cave like setting did make sleeping in easier. Also be Carlton the ramp to second floor. It rained one day we were there and I slipped and fell hard on the wet ramp even with gripping hiking shoes on. Some non-slip paint or strips should be added.

Facilities were clean and more than expected with a lounge area . Loved the wood floors vs.carpet. Staff was efficient.

Instructional material was lacking. No information on TV operation or where to find ice or anything else.
