Sea Mist - Hastings

Good location

Nothing.

The flat was filthy. You know when you enter a hotel room / flat, if it is caed for you would get that fresh crisp feeling. It would make you happy? This wasn't the case in this flat. We didn't feel comfortable. We didn't want to touch anything. The floor was dusty and full of crumbs from previous guests. We even found a piece of pizza under the table. Everywhere was dusty. Toilet and bathtub were not cleaned properly and had some hair. Plates, cups , bowls and cutlery weren't clean we had to wash them before we use them . We called office to complain and they sent someone over to "clean" but still it was not up to standards you would expect. For the money I paid I would expect much more, don't waste of your money here , find somewhere else to stay.

Susceptible to external noise Wi-Fi didn't work

Nice size rooms , and property close to everything . Would definitely recommend, and would stay again.

Could get a bit noisy of a evening. But that was it really . Just one more little thing , would recommend to change the door in hall, as it opens towards front door, and became a pain to come in and out of the property.

Could have done with a fan

The location was great and only 5-10 mins walk away from the train station and town centre. only 10-15 mins away from attractions like crazy golf, arcades and aquarium. The aparment was clean and tidy, had basic essentials like shower gel and tea/coffee. The beds were super comfy and had free view/netflix. The view was amazing and hearing the sea was very calming.

Being 6 months pregnant i struggled with the 4 flights of stairs to the apartment and the lift didnt work.

Lovely apartment lots of space clean and bright we really enjoyed our stay. Welcomed by a great selection of cereals, teas, and biscuits which was needed after the travel.

I suffer with a heart condition, I didn't realise there would be so many stairs. This impacted my stay getting the lift up and running would be beneficial. Windows were dirty with bird poo. The views from the windows at the front are beautiful this would stand out more with clean windows.
