Hotel 115 Christchurch

Great location right in the centre, large room - rm8 has the extra lounge area, was originally 2 rooms but has been made into one. No air con, but controlled heating which was fine in the winter. Limited parking at $30/day Quiet at night. Tram is right next door.

Cool quirky hotel in an excellent area just walk outside into the "eat street" for many food and beverage options

On arrival on Wednesday afternno 21 May, the customer service lady was brilliant. She asked if my room was warm and how she would go check it and if it wasnt she would turn the heating on so it would be warm on my return. Service with a smile was welcoming. We need more people like that in hotels.

Clean property and friendly, helpful staff. The location of this hotel is also great with plenty of options to shop, explore, and eat. Had a great time and would definitely visit again.

Great central location with parking, love staying here, so many restaurants in walking distance. Can’t fault it 😊

Great stay as Central as is possible in Christchurch

Great stay, friendly staff.

Decent hotel across from the Christchurch Cathedral (still under construction). Had Noisy room where could hear traffic and when asked about quieter room the attendant said there’s only one and it had no windows. In end sleep was OK.
