Location

Elevator was not in operation. Shower did not work. There wasn’t a drain in the tub, just a big hole. Not stopper to use the bath since the shower wasn’t working.

As soon as we got in our room we found a bed bug in the bed! We immediately went down to the front desk and he was unconcerned and would not give us a refund. He said we had to go through Expedia to get the refund. This is the worst experience we have had! We demand a refund as we didn't even stay there and we could not stay there in such conditions!
