Un séjour inoubliable sur Lille je n'est pus malheureusement réservé plus tôt l'an prochain sera mon plus grand plaisir de revenir séjourné dans votre résidence UNE DOUCHE SERAIT MIEUX QU'UNE BAIGNOIRE

"Family weekend trip to Lille"

Lovely room. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a microwave, hob and fridge in the kitchen which was useful. Bathroom was clean and spacious. We parked in the hotel’s garage overnight and was able to leave the car until 5pm the next day. The hotel is within a walking distance to the old town and 10mins walk to the Lille Train Station and shopping area.

L accueil au top ! Propreté / literie ok . Pour les longs sejours, il manque un jeu de serviettes de bain. Il manque un peu de place dans la chambre . Pas assez de place pour faire du sport. Je parle bien pour les longs sejours.

"Für einen kurzen Städtetrip völlig in Ordnung"

Das Hotel ist völlig adäquat für einen kurzen Städtetrip, sauber und ruhig. Mit der Tram ist man schnell in der Stadtmitte. Das Frühstücksbüffet war auch in Ordnung. Die Beleuchtung im Badezimmer war schlecht - ein Spot über dem WC(!) aber über dem Spiegel fast dunkel. Außerdem taugt der Spiegel nur, wenn man über 1,75 m groß ist. Zum Glück hatten wir einen eigenen Fön dabei, aber es gab keine Steckdose in der Nähe des großen Spiegels im Schlafzimmer.

"Top marks for customer service"

Great customer service from all staff. Very accommodating and the manager Aurélie went above and beyond and really made sure we were comfortable. We requested fans for the 2 rooms we booked and she immediately found us the fans, even provided free breakfast for the 2 days we were there. I think best service we have received after a very long time

Petit appartement en duplex. Chambre séparée du salon, donc parfait pour dormir avec des ados ! Quartier tranquille. Places de parking disponibles dans la rue un samedi soir (je ne sais pas comment c'est en semaine). A une dizaine de minutes du centre ville à pied.
