-L'accueil que ce soit téléphonique ou présentiel personnel très humain et accueillant -Les chaises dehors pour prendre son café à l extérieur -la proximité du centre -la possibilité de se garer sur place

L' absence de prise sur un côté du lit mais pas très dérangeant car il y en avait suffisamment ailleurs dans le studio

Uitermate vriendelijke host is op het moment van schrijven, 7 juni 2026, pas 6 maanden de bezitter van dit mooie pand met fraaie tuin. Je kunt zien dat hij al hard heeft gewerkt, maar nog steeds bezig is om het nog mooier en beter te maken. Op dit moment is het verblijf nog goedkoop, maar ik verwacht dat de prijzen volgend jaar zullen stijgen. Bovendien uitstekende uitvalsbasis naar Le Mont-Saint-Michelle.

"Résidence bien située pour visiter la Rochelle et ses environs, de plus le quartier est très calme"

Le parking est très appréciable, vu l'emplacement de la résidence, nous avons pu visité la Rochelle à pied . Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, les produits de bonne qualité

Pas d'ascenseur, pour les PMR ce logement n'est pas possible
