Amazonia Estoril Hotel

The hotel was in complete disrepair. Floorboards loose, broken chairs, loose lavatories, broken mirrors etc. The breakfast was extremely lackluster and limited.

The location was perfect. The public areas in the hotel were lovely.

For the price we paid our room was very disappointing. The room was really poor. The balcony was dirty. The shower doors were unhinged and the water temperatures were enough to give you burns …. Very dangerous.

Badly maintained in serious need of renovation. Lack of facilities, no bar or restaurant available,apart from being open in the morning between 8-10 am. for help yourself buffetbreakfast with no service. No tea making facilities. Poor breakfast selection, milk sour. Staff in restaurant very unfriendly, unable or unwilling to communicate with us.

Douche cassé (3 jours pour la remplacer), joint dégrader. Clé qui marche jamais le soir même le logiciel été en panne ils ont dû venir ouvrir manuellement la porte Petit déjeuner bas de gamme

Emplacement idéal, proche du jardin du Casino et des ses restaurants. La plage aussi est juste à côté.

Le sol de la chambre est en mauvais état, la salle de bain a aussi besoin de quelques travaux. Quelques tâches sur le canapé doivent être nettoyées !
