WorldMark Arrow Point

We had an overall good experience. What we learned is that this is a time share. Someone sold their points and that is how we booked thru Expedia. Problems came up when we tried to extend one of the rooms for an additional night. Even though the place was almost empty, we could not extend. The units were clean and well appointed.

Everything is wonderful and Jacki just rocks as the initial point of contact. The property is more remote than I realized. That was fine for us, but for those who want to be close to town it's important to remember that this nestled jewel comes with a 1/2 drive from town.

the stay was beautiful. the apartment was spacious, clean, perfect. my only disapointment was that it was cold (Even when we tried to turn up the heat) and that there was some advertising that was misleading. i specifically chose this place because of the view and fire place, however the view was not only of the lake but of 3 buildings with the lake visible if standing up at the window and looking to your right... and the fireplace was not real, but a screan that whe turned on was loud and blew out cold air. my husband and i agree that if we simply knew and expected this so we were prepared that it would have been 5 stars all the way, but i dont like being mislead. so 2 points get 4 instead of 5 stars. everyone was helpful and kind though and we had a special time. thanks
