When I travel to Ruidoso on most occasion we stay at this hotel and not happy that I had to pay extra to upgrade my room when the room upgrade was the same as the room we previously reserved,

I booked and asked for a shower instead of a bathtub due to hip issues. There werenโ€™t many people there but I was told no rooms had a shower only. Even with a few people there we had a room with people on either side. The walls are very thin and we could hear both sides. Children running in the hallway could be heard too.
