"We felt like treasured guests—what a treat!"

We felt so taken care of! We loved the decor and the porch. The staff was very kind. They put out cakes at night, and little treats in our room. What a great location—close to everything, but far enough away from the noisy part of town. We will definitely return.

Breakfast homemade. Amazing. Rooms was mostly clean. Shower curtain has red algae stains on The bottom. Was told at booking, they had an ev charger for customers but when we got to hotel was told it was removed a week ago. Was never notified. Caused us lost time and extra cost during our vacation.

"Amazing stay"

We loved the location, a short distance from the rowdy streets of Pigeon Forge yet so peaceful. Very characterful with bear furnishings. Comfy bed and hot shower with plenty of towels. Excellent home cooked breakfast served by friendly staff. Cake made for guests each day. We even saw a bear one evening.

Bins not emptied on our second day, But other than that we loved everything
