Minor-tight driveways for bigger vehicles.

The stylish set up, very secure, good quality fittings,, perfect location, excellent greeting by Alessandro, interesting art work & literature and enjoyable table top toys.

A welcome pack of milk, bread and butter would have been appreciated. Also there was a large dish washer but inadequate crockery resulting in having to wash by hand for quick use.

Perfect location near the historical center of the city. The private parking at the premises was also a great advantage.. our host Alessandro was waiting for us to hand over the keys and explain all the details about the apartment and the surrounding areas. Como is a great place to discover all the lake area around as it is a bigger city and you have more facilities and more things to do when you come with the family.

Location, size, design

air-conditioning not working properly, apartment highly exposed to sun and even with fully shaded windows substantially heating up.

The host met us promptly. The property is spacious and very clean. The location was perfect- close to train station and ferry port. Andreas provided us with lots of local information.

Thee were 4 of us so perhaps more water but that was a minor issue.

Very close to everything

Perfect location, very close to the city center (small walk) but located in a very quiet and calm neighbourhood. Parking service in the same building. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need for the stay. Air conditioning working properly fine and wifi. Very nice staff, who gave us a list if recommendations. Even cumpliment water bottles were left on the fridge. We were allowed to enter 2 hours before allowed checking time and leave 1 hour later. I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Everything was very fine. Just to make a comment a toast in the kitchen could be useful.

Great apartment, close to the city center. Clean, great that there is private parking g available. Nice staff.

The location was close to everything.

AC was strong enough to cool the room.
