"Starbucks at the ohare Renaissance hotel"

I had a business meeting this morning and the line was at the door very frustrating when I got to the counter the baristas was just scattering around one barista ask and updated me on everything if she didn’t I wouldn’t know they didn’t have no coffee when I got to line I wasn’t able to get my carry of coffee and the line was long that was not the experience I wanted to start with after all I’ll be having a long day with no coffee this has to get better

"Starbucks is a GEM!!"

The Starbucks located inside the hotel is a great surprise! We were very delighted to see a full functioning café and had all of the best that Starbucks offered. They had all the food items in stock, as well as all the latest and greatest drinks!! Barista Maria even offered the panini sandwiches that were not on the sign or display case. We ordered the Ham and Swiss panini and it was very tasty. But they did not compare to the drinks Maria and Kim made for us. Maria suggested her signature drink of iced brown sugar espresso with the banana cream cold foam. Kim deliciously delivered in making that drink, as well as the caramel ribbon crunch frap. . Those two ladies made our trip more memorable and will definitely book this hotel again knowing that they have a Starbucks with great workers.

Shout out to the Starbucks team at the Renaissance O’hare Hotel! Special mention to Barista Maria for providing top notch service. She made my experience and drink excellent and delicious. She was very friendly and her energy was electric. I will definitely be back just for the pleasant atmosphere.
