Hotel Rezydent

Two gentlemen on reception unwelcoming in terms of demeanour. Bags not taken up to room upon arrival. Dirty carpet in the lift. Peeling wallpaper in corridor. Huge pile of laundry strewn about the corridors on both days. Lampshade had disconcerting food stain. No English TV channels (even upon request) Only two small pillows provided, the other without pillow cover and dirty looking. No hot water in shower on first day, so an all day trip had to happen unshowered. Upon return the matter hadn't even been fixed. Although eventually sorted by one of the reception staff, no apology was made once hot water issue was fixed. Noise from the street didn't stop until 4.30am disrupting sleep significantly. Very disappointing experience overall for a hotel marketed as "3" star

This hotel is by far the worst hotel we've stayed in. This was our first visit to Krakow and was really looking forward to it. Upon arrival we was greeted by 2 gentleman who wasn't very greeting. We was given room 34 and was told we'd be shown to our room by one of the gentleman. We was shown to the lift. Once we arrived in the room we was shocked on how dated it looked but we knew it was a old building so that didn't concern us. So the double bed requested was actually 2 single beds pushed together and creaked so much. The view was absolutely disgustimg I can only explain as you'd get a better view from a prison cell. We had no daylight and had to have our lights on all the time. They advertise English tv channels not that we watched the tv that much but there wasn't any. Breakfast was the worst we've had and we've stayed in numerous hotel all around the world very basic. On our last day we got up and went to the shower as normal to find out its only had cold water we didn't have enough time to report it as we where leaving early for the airport. Upon checking out we was greeted by 2 members of staff we handed our key in and in there words they told us 'You can leave now' So to summarise our stay it was by far the worst hotel we've stayed in and we won't ever be returning. Krakow is lovely and we will be returning but it we won't be staying at hotel.

Spurte om og få rom lenger ned pga lungesykdom masse trapper det fikk vi ikke. Det sto også at det skulle være kjøleskap det var det heller ikke.

Breakfast and location were fab. Plenty of choice that set us up for the day’s activities . Location was so central allowed us fantastic easy access

Il soggiorno è andato bene, la camera era pulita e grande, ci sono a disposizione bollitore e tisane, la posizione è ottima, il personale molto disponibile.

Per arrivare alla stanza che è stata assegnata a me bisogna superare varie entrate e molte rampe di scale, questo lo dico soltanto per informare chi ha problemi di deambulazione, per me non è stato un problema. Ma so che la struttura ha anche stanze servite da ascensore, se avete problemi di deambulazione informatevi prima con il personale dell'hotel se hanno disponibilità per quelle.
