Unfortunately, there aren't many positives that I can share about my stay at this hotel. The people working at reception were friendly and the view from the balcony (which we could not use, unfortunately) was nice. I also appreciate that we were able to store our luggage before the check-in at reception.

Overall I was pretty disappointed with our stay. To begin with, the room looked completely different from the pictures available on Booking. I am aware that there are always going to be differences but the room we received was much older and worn down. The biggest disappointment related to the room is how dirty it was. It seemed only the big main surfaces were wiped over, but if you looked in the corners and more closely anywhere in the room, it was full of dust and stains and oil. Because of this, especially the kitchenette, while useful, was not sanitary. The balcony was also unusable. The floor had not been swept there probably in forever and the table with 2 chairs were fully gray from the dirt and had spider webs hanging on them... We brought this up to the staff the morning following our arrival and were told that we "were right" but they have to speak to the manager about the possibility of housekeeping cleaning the room on our request. That day nothing was done to our room and we didn't hear from the staff. The following day, when we came back to our room in the evening, the bedsheets and towels were changed, but nothing else was cleaned!!! No one notified us that someone was going to come and "clean" so we were quite surprised and displeased with how this was handled. We ended up buying some cleaning wipes and tidying up a little by ourselves to make the rest of our stay a little bit more bearable. The room wasn't very comfortable either, there were two electric sockets in the room only and none of them were next to the bed. The kitchen devices (kettle, coffee machine) were unplugged and the cables BARELY reached the available sockets. The mattress was damaged on one side and I was not able to sleep in that area. The room was also kind of crowded/small for the amount of furniture inside. When we arrived there was a desk in the middle of it and we had to rearrange the furniture to have space to move around.
