"Old look-feel. 2 pillows per queen size bed. Unwashed dishes. No iron. Desk with no view of TV, etc"

Insufficient eating space, and they ran out of coffee cups. A staff member told another guest to use a juice cup instead!

Check-in process was laborious. The hotel is located about one mile from where the New York Mets play Spring Training games, so obviously when they are playing in Port St. Lucie there will be many Met fans staying at the hotel. Yet after the game during the day I check in there was just one clerk - and she was obviously very new.

Clean and great location

The breakfast. At 9 am (served until 10), there was no coffee, no coffee cups, no yogurt, cream cheese, bagels. Staff was asked to replace and the response was, “I guess we are out”. No attempt to replenish even though a number of other guests asked for the same.

Outdated and didn't feel really clean. Breakfast was not good

.no amenities. Soap. Cup and you need directions to operate the TV. Lobby was nice and laundry too
