Hotel Charlotte

My daughter and I spent the night here after backpacking in Yosemite for three nights. The owners were super friendly and the hotel is charming. It is located on the main street of Groveland so easy walk to everywhere in town. It seems. Also if you have a Tesla, it’s super conveniently located to the chargers. The water in our shower turned very hot to very cold unpredictably and that was really the only unpleasant part of our stay.

No elevator but lots of stairs. Due to disability we could not climb stairs but they would not refund us. We left in severe pain!

It was a quaint and beautiful place to stay. And very convenient to Yosemite national Park.

outstanding location for Yosemite Useful that Elec car charging available(chargepoint) in town Lovely building in old style Owner(Finn) very helpful with local tips and enthusiastic - would have helped if someone around in morning as wanted to buy something Small quiet town with history to match and authentic shops/bars to sample locally

Great place. The tavern was awesome too. Only drawback I had was the shower. Our’s was a claw tub. The edge was a little higher for my wife and I and could pose a problem getting in and out of. Just saying but I loved it.

The host is very nice in giving useful advice regarding the hotel and area

There was breakfast food even though breakfast was not included.

Nice location at reasonable rate 👍 You just need to take dinner before a few restaurants nearby closes at 9pm -
