The check-in and check-out process were incredibly quick and simple. The hots gave me much attention and although they did not speak much English, they tried really hard to help me out. In about five minutes, I was in the room and it was an amazing room with a very nice bathroom. Super clean and great shower.

To be honest, there was not much I did not like. I enjoyed my entire stay there and the location was absolutely convenient for me. I think there was a moment with the elevator doors that they made a somewhat noticeable noise and I was a bit concerned but aside from it, everything was great. If you are not scared of elevators, go ahead.

It is definitely a newer hotel in Changchun. The facility is very good and above the standard in this city.

It would be helpful to have staff at the check in counter with better English skills. I had to check out very early and I was forced to wake the guy at the desk up. Then after waking him up it took a long time to get check out done. Also based on the English skills. At check in a lady came to help the staff. Her English was very good.

The staff were very friendly. An English member of staff added me on we chat and was so helpful. I really appreciated it as I am still learning Chinese. the dinner was delicious, it was great because I am vegan and sometimes it can be hard to eat nutritional good food. The hotel staff were so accommodating. My room was warm, clean and new.
