Location, rates, and cleanliness.

Room 222 had awful, super hard beds. Very uncomfortable. Had we stayed longer I’d have requested a different room.

"Welcomed getaway."

While attending the FairPlay Fall Festival, it was very convenient to stay at the Kiota Inn. The remodel it has gone through is 90 percent completed with only the Finch Bar needing to be done. Room bed is comfy, decor nice, everything worked. Big room for continental breakfast, and employees were attentive

"Not good very disappointed"

After booking the private “honeymoon suite”Upon arrival we were told that the room might not be clean then the reservationist was “spooked” by the room that we chose so we agreed that another room would be just fine. Although we were charged for that room and put in a basic queen for the same price. We didn’t want to complain just wanted a quiet place to stay for the night. It was far from quiet, we could hear the next room “peeing” and flushing the toilet. The window blind didn’t go down and I he light shown in. We had a miserable nights sleep and just wanted some coffee at 9 AM and they were out when breakfast was supposed to be severed until 9:30 we asked and they said well it’s 9. There was nothing but a couple of muffins, some waffles to make yourself, hard boiled eggs, and toast left. We will not return and not recommend this to any else.

"Minimalist Hotel"

The place is very cold/stark. Felt like we were in a basement. Bed was comfortable. No closet just a pole in the room. Breakfast was pretty sparse..nothing hot but waffle maker. Could walk to town but there are no sidewalks.

"Great location."

We were in town for a wedding and had a very nice stay. Rooms were clean, comfy beds and soft towels. We did not have the free breakfast as we met up with others at Element. We would stay again. Very walkable to the Gardens at Sutter Creek venue and downtown Sutter Creek.
