Almost every staff members had a smile at their faces and they were kind, and willing to help even housekeeping personnel put that little extra that makes the difference

Wir hatten eine Suite mit Schlafcouch und Kingsize-Bett. Schlafcouch war sehr bequem, KingsizeBett auch. Es gibt Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschinen und Mikrowelle. Frühstück ist einfach aber super. Pool war leider unbeheizt, weil ein Defekt vorlag. Hat unseren Sohn aber nicht vom Baden abgehalten. Sehr freundliches Personal. Also wir können die Unterkunft und vorallem Boise sehr empfehlen.

The check in was quick at the front desk. Professional and informative on the areas at our disposal. We were so pleased how clean and the layout of our room was. The bed was very comfortable. At checkout we were informed how easy it was to become a member and signed up. The rewards are plentiful and will be back because of the staff and how we were treated. 100% satisfied. We will definitely stay at the Hotel again. My wife was so pleased how quiet the Hotel was. The breakfast covered all kinds of good food to get us energized. Thank you!!!
