A couple of the receptionists were really nice and helpful. The hotel in general has a lot of style.

We booked a superior room to have a balcony, which is right next to a primary school. it is basically unusable during the day, because of the noise level (not the kids fault). Our room didn’t have windows or a fan in the bathroom, which led to everything being damp after a shower. The restaurant staff was hostile towards us, unprofessional.
