Staff is always friendly and the hot tub is always hot.

We checked in really late, 130am. The front desk was staffed by Connyaa, she was most delightful and friendly and efficient. She offered us water to take to the room. We checked out very early and she was still at the front desk. She remembered our names and spoke to us as we were leaving. She introduced us to the kitchen staff, Ms Michelle. She too was friendly and professional. She had breakfast all out and it was delicious. These two ladies made the stay feel warm.

Only thing i wish was microwave in the room. It wasnt there but they allowed us to use in dining area when we checked in late evening

We stayed at this hotel May 11-14. The night we checked in the desk clerk was very helpful and informative. The next morning as we left for breakfast we noticed the diver had a lot of black grease on it. So we stopped by the desk and asked for a clean one and were told housekeeping would take care of it. Then during breakfast an employee was really rude in telling several people to not leave the food container open because of roaches. As we observed it was left open because of another person directly behind the first person. They were actually waiting for the first person to get through serving themselves. Needless to say we didn’t eat breakfast there after that situation. We got back to our room that evening and the duvet hadn’t been changed so we went to the front desk and asked for a new one and were told there weren’t any more divers they were all in use. They ended up giving us another set of sheets which we had to put on. After 30 minutes or so they called and said the Marriott (which was across the parking lot) had one we could use and they delivered it to our room for us to put on. As we were putting that one on we noticed what looked like dried blood on it. We again called the front desk and complained. We never did get a clean one but they did comp us one night. It was very disappointing because we frequently stay at Fairmont hotels because they are typically very nice. We would definitely not recommend this one even though the employees at the front desk were very nice and apologetic.

They didn't let my daughter stay in the hotel even though I was paying for it and I was in the phone with her all the time still they didn't let my daughter check in the hotel. I haven't received my refund.

Very dirty and dated. Stains all over the room, walls, and hallways. Hair from previous guests in the bathroom. Food from previous guest left in mini fridge. Pool area and hot tub were covered in dirt and debris. Lack of cleanliness made the start unpleasant.
