Accueil sympathique, possibilité de se garer facilement grâce au grand parking gratuit, l'établissement est calme et dans un quartier bénéficiant de commerces de proximité. Nous n'avons pas testé l'équipement kitchenette.

En pleine canicule, il faisait plus de 30°C dans la chambre, dommage que les volets n'aient pas été fermés au préalable ce qui aurait pu atténuer la température. Mobilier vieillot, abîmé et mal agencé. Literie inconfortable. Commandes de robinets en plastique fragile peu maniables.. Douche minuscule avec des traces douteuses dans le fond. Une des portes d'accès à l'établissement ne fermait pas ce qui rend la sécurité par code d'accès caduque.
