I wasn't able to stay at this property. After paying my nigth online and was going to check in the clerk decoded not to check me in because my partner was being rude to her wothc that wasnt the case mybpartner simply ask her a question and she went off saying she's the only one tonight and that if we gonna be problems not to stay. I told her were not problem but she continue to pick on my partner making my partner upset that she lityerly went ahead and cancel my check in dodnt even ask me or didnt even call her manager she made the decision and that nigth we ended up sleeping in the car .

Staff friendly and helpful. Location good.

Public areas are dirty, worn out, need repair, torn carpets, stained upholstery, dead plants, cracks in the walk ways, stains on the walls. Needs a total redo, Not up to the Hilton brand standard.
