Hilton Garden Inn Palm Springs - Rancho Mirage

The location was very good but the property was fairly tired. They had good amenities, the pool was especially lovely.

Great place. Great price. Safe and quiet location

It was located in a nice area with great restraunts within walking distance. Also nice local shopping. The hotel was clean however the mattresses were not very comfortable. They may need to upgrade the mattresses to a more luxury type for better sleep.

Nice hotel, but the pool is very dated.

Good property. A bit tired after years of service but still good. Beds a bit lumpy. But Ileana was a gem in welcoming me to the front desk and sending me out the following morning. She is the essence of hospitality and service. Good location between food, petrol station and center of Rancho Mirage.

The staff was outstanding… I really felt welcomed Would go there again anytime

Easy to get in and out, parking was accessible and plentiful, the rooms were clean and pleasant, staff was very helpful. Restaurants close by. Nothing very fancy or high end about this facility, but it's clean, safe and comfortable for a reasonable price.

Hilton used to be a very nice hotel. Now it’s falling apart, the elevators smelled, the carpet and wall paper were old. There were bugs from the faucet sink in the bathroom. The hotel did not tell us in advance that they would have fire alarm drills, just when we checked in, and were testing all day from 7am, even though they said it was supposed to be for just a couple of hours. The air conditioner was strong but super noisy too, and the bath was old.
