Nice view, nice location. Food is ok. Drinks unlimited if you like that.

Cockroaches and snails in the room. There was also a problem with moist (?) which is not healthy at all.

Una experiencia pésima! Cuando entramos , hemos visto de que el bungalow no estaba limpio. Había pelos en la ducha, las juntas negras, la mesa sucia, etc... Llamé a la administración para pedir cambio a uno superior y me han dicho que tenía que pasarme por la recepción. Cuando fui ahí me dijeron que ellos (de la tarde) no podían hacer los cambios y lo único que podían hacer, es mandar otra vez la limpieza. La persona que fue a limpiarlo otra vez , lo único que hizo es quitar los pelos de la fucha. Según el personal el bungalow era básico pero la verdad es que era horrendo . Las supuestas vistas al jardín eran las vistas a unos arbustos...

Beautiful location, right on the coast and the main pool overlooks the water. We stayed in a studio and it was a good size and had a balcony and was clean. There are a few different pool areas and if you are willing to walk down and up 350 stairs there is a beautiful private rocky area right on the water. I think for the price, you get a pretty good deal. It's not a 5 star and if you went thinking your going to get that you'll be disappointed but overall for a bit of fun in the sun it's perfect. Note: tey give you a plastic reusable cup and you take that everywhere with you!

The food isn't amazing, they do a good job of giving a variety but if I was there for more than a few days I would probably start eating elsewhere. They have a few different stations and you can eat relatively healthy if you choose the right things. There is no WiFi and you have to pay additional for this. I had data so it was fine, but would be nice to be included. Also no music at the pool area and so everyone has their own music going. Would be great to have some music so everyone is listening to the same thing. You need a car to stay here unless you are happy staying within the complex.

Three pools to suit different groups. The quietest was up the top of the resort with a lovely view. Food was better than expected and had a range for different diets. Themed night on the Friday. Staff were friendly and bars had local spirits, soft drinks etc. Apartment had all we needed including a hair dryer. You can rent kettles. Pack a pool towel :) Glasses are 1€ deposit when you check out. The bus stop is 6 minutes away into Palma and Arenal. Taxis can be called from reception. We booked a transfer from the airport that took about an hour. They have a luggage room to store bags if you need to check out before departure.

More hand rails would help the top pool be more accessible for those who may struggle with hill.
