Excellent petit déjeuner, personnel très accueillant et authentique, design des chambres et de l'hotel, emplacement central, attention aux détails, luxueux sans être ostentatoire, expérience formidable (très ressourçante). Bravo à toute l'équipe du FCC et continuez l'excellent travail. C'est la quatrième fois que je reviens dans cet hotel magnifique et unique !

Great buffet breakfast choices catering to various tastes. Once inside you feel like you are in an oasis inside the city yet the hotel is very centrally located.

A nespresso machine in the room would have been a nice touch.

From the very first moments upon arrival in Siem Reap, the hotel made an unforgettable impression. We were picked up in a great car, greeted with cold towels, water, and even a chocolate with a little surprise inside — such a thoughtful touch. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with lots of interesting details in the rooms. The breakfast is very good, and the bar is stylish, serving delicious cocktails. There’s also a huge supermarket just a 7-minute walk away, where you can find everything from local products like Kampot pepper and cashews to pretty much anything else you might need.

A few things to keep in mind: in the evenings there can be mosquitoes on the open terraces, so it’s best to be prepared. In the morning, Buddhist prayers are broadcast across the city through loudspeakers, and you can hear them in the room. Not really a downside, just something to be aware of. Also, in the standard rooms the bathroom is integrated with the bedroom, which might feel unusual or a bit inconvenient for some guests — just something to note in advance.

This is just a wonderful hotel full of helpful people with delicious food

The FCC hotel is a small low key hotel which offers outstanding comfort and service. We stayed for 4 days in a deluxe room on the first floor. The bed was super comfortable and we had everything you would expect in a hotel of this calibre. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and efficient - special thanks to Hai who looked after us at breakfast time. the concierge staff were equally helpful- arranging tuktuk, booking restaurants and returning things that I left in the restaurant. May was hilarious and brilliant without overstepping - making recommendations and clearly enjoying his job. We also enjoyed the evening entertainment- the Moon Blessing- a monthly ceremony performed by the local monks, the shadow puppet show and a local band. Sadly we weren’t there for the traditional Cambodian Apsara dance.
