Die Lage ist der Hit. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Parken ist auch sehr gut geregelt da das Hotel keine eigene Parkplätze hat. Besonders möchte ich das Frühstück hervorheben. Das ist einsame Spitze. Auch die beiden die das morgens regeln. Sehr zuvorkommend und die Dame hat alles im Blick was das Buffetzunft sie Sauberkeit angeht Die hat ein Blick für's Detail.

Bad etwas klein aber was soll's....... Sauber und gut eingerichtet.

"Hamburg ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert."

Super Lage. Alles per Fuß leicht zu erreichen (Landungsbrücken, Zentrum, ..); Frühstück ALLES, was man wünscht. Zimmer klein, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber; check in und out ohne Probleme , reibungslos, professionell und schnell. Parkhaus fußläufig 2 Gehminuten. Wird beim check in freigeschalten, kostet allerdings 25 Euro pro Tag. Bei den katastrophalen Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es aber für Gäste mit eigenem PKW keine wirkliche Alternative. Wenn Hamburg, dann ist das Hotel auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen.

Parkplatzfindung bei Ankunft chaotisch. Vllt könnte man dazu im Eingangsbereich des Hotels 1 oder 2 Parkflächen markieren und sperren, die es den ankommenden und abreisenden Gästen möglich macht zu be- bzw. entladen.??

Lage ist gut. Für eine Nacht kann man dort aushalten. Es gibt aber bessere Alternativen.

Für den Preis bessere Ausstattung und besseres Frühstück erwartet. Für eine Termoflasche 1l heißes Wasser mussten 8€ zahlen. Leider alles andere als kundenfreundlich....Zimmer sehr klein, veraltete Ausstattung.
