I have never received a booking confirmation, reminder, notice, or receipt, from the hotel or booking.com, but I received this survey, and leant that Booking.com charged my credit card for no show fee a month ago, which just has showed up on my bill.

Location is close to everything, loved having a kitchenette. Staff was helpful and frienddly enough. Darin at front desk was great!

The neighbor and her kids were up late making noise. Some people at night were noisy with their cars or talking.

"The place is good place to stay, but needs improvements."

Affordable rates. The fire alarm alerting us of danger during the night.

It needs a little bit of an upgrade, due to wear and tear of use over time from occupancy.
