Tudo perfeito. Localização excepcional. Acesso a uma praia particular. Piscina com vista para o mar. Melhor café da manhã de hotel que já vi. O hotel é antigo , mas tudo é muito limpo, bem cuidado e conservado. Atendimento impecável. Funcionário da recepção muito simpático ! Amei

Das Hotel ist super weitläufig, aber nicht zu groß. Es gibt viele Liegen und Sonnenschirme an Pool & Meer, sodass man immer einen tollen Platz hat. Beim Frühstück hat man eine riesige Auswahl. Das Personal ist total nett und zuvorkommend. Vor dem Hotel liegt eine Bar & in unmittelbarer Nähe eine weitere am Strand - hier kann man den Aperitvio genießen. Zur Hochzeit gab es eine Flasche Sekt und einen Obstteller im Zimmer

Einerseits ist es gut das es nicht so touristisch ist, andererseits hatten wir das Problem das es nicht so viele Restaurants im Ort gab die geöffnet waren. Da wir gerne täglich ein anderes Restaurant besuchen im Urlaub war dies schwieriger

Wunderschöne Anlage in einer alten Thunfischfabrik. Sehr großzügig geschnittene Zimmer mit allem was man braucht, wunderbarer Balkon mit Blick in den schönen Innenhof und zum kleinen Hafen. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Phantastisches Frühstück, großer Pool und nette kleine Restaurants direkt um's Eck. Die Gelateria im Ort ist sehr zu empfehlen. Perfekte Lage um Erice zu besichtigen.

The location is exceptional, a beautiful position

We cant rate this hotel highly, sadly in spite of its beautiful and unique location. We were travelling for work with our tiny 2 kg poodle and this was our 12th hotel visit in 2 weeks. Every place had been welcoming and accommodating. We had established each hotel was pet friendly when booking. Although the hotel site makes gushing claims to be extremely dog friendly, and even gives a welcome pack for the dog, staff attitude towards us became problematic when they knew we had a small dog. We'd booked half board and were not advised on arrival this would be any issue with the dog. When we arrived at the huge mostly empty restaurant, staff said they didnt think we could enter with the dog. There was much uncertainty and they tried to seat us at an unlaid table for 8 at the back of the room. Then they let us have a table for 2 in the corner of the main room but we felt tolerated at best. The half board meal was poor and staff seemed surly, glaring at our minute dog asleep at my feet. When subsequently speaking to the receptionist after she denied the hotel was pet friendly, claiming it was pet welcoming and that these meant different things. I showed her the wording on the hotel site and she obviously hadnt read it. It was obvious no one really knew what their pet policy was or how it should be implemented. We would told we would have to wait until the next day until she had written to the director to clarify if we'd be allowed to use the breakfast or dining room. I found it hard to believe they hadnt had dogs before. Obviously every hotel is free to impose restrictions on dogs in public areas as it wishes but this needs to be made clear and here no mention was ever made of any. I would never have have booked half board had we known it would be an issue. Disinclined to have to ask if we had permission to go to breakfast next morning, and given we had been made to feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable by staff that we checked out a day early...
