Fantastic bed with excellent breakfast

If you are travelling to this area you wont find a better place. Everything was superb. The staff are really friendly and looked after us really well. The accommodation is excellent, we had a deluxe king room which was huge and was clean and well appointed. Food was great and plentiful. Gardens are stunning and the whole place is well maintained. Bonus of generator during load shedding.

Everything thing was fantastic, from the time we arrived a warm welcome from the receptionist, room was huge, clean and decor was lovely. The staff really take care of you and we had a lovely meal in the restaurant which was beautiful and romantic. I asked for flowers in the room as it was our anniversary and they made it so beautiful with flowers from the garden. We will remember our stay, Thank you

Spacious clean room.

Dining room doesn't open at 07.30 for breakfast as advertised. Staff only arrive at 07.30. I couldn't eat breakfast, seeing that I had an appointment at 08.00. Management doesn't answer phones until 08.00. Needless to say no compensation was given for the breakfast I didn't have, but was included in my booking.

This Lodge is a real find. I was on business and my work was not interrupted as they have a generator for load shedding and the WiFi is great as they have their own WiFi tower. So it was a pleasure to be there for work, but the lodge is also really nice and staff are very helpful and friendly and they printed my documents free of charge. Food was also great. I will stay again.
