The absolute best staff and service. Everyone is so attentive and the hotel is beautiful. The location is perfect. It’s right in Mykonos town so very easy to walk everywhere.

静かで、オシャレでとっても素敵なホテルでした！ お部屋もとても広く、クローゼットが沢山あり、ベッドのシーツもとても肌触りが良く、清潔でした。 バルコニーも広く海が見え、とても快適に過ごせました！

猫が朝食のレストランに出入りしていて、ある程度の距離を保ち、おとなしくソファーに座っていたのですが、わたしの座ったソファーに、猫の皮膚が剥がれてる毛が沢山ついていて、アレルギーを持っているので、少し不快でした。 それ以外はとても快適で素敵なホテルでした！

The breakfast was superb and the overall service was excellent. I think it is not possible to find a better quality hotel at the city centre for Mykonos. The location is unbeatable. I highly recommend it.

"Eigentlich ein tolles Hotel, wir hat es an Sauberkeit , Ambient Atmosphäre gefehlt Preis Leitung. Leider weit entfernt"

Das Hotel ist schön - gross - eines der ältesten Hotels in Mykonos. Alles gut und recht . Das Personal gibt sich Mühe, aber es ist viel Zuwenig im vergleich was andere Häuser an Sauberkeit und Service anbieten. Ambient und Service am Pool Luft nach oben . Wohlverstanden was man bezahlt für das logieren .

Sauberkeit auf der Zimmerterasse , anscheinend seit Wochen nicht geputzt, die Kissen voller Vogel k….. / die schöne Anlage wird leider nicht so mit Liebe bewirtschaftet. Zwischen den Sträuchern/ Blumen sieht man Papier / Glas Abfall . Das was uns sehr sehr enttäuscht hat ist der 1 . Haupt Eingang links und recht sieht man am Boden viel Abfall wir Dosen , Papier usw . So etwas habe ich noch nie gesehen in einem top Hotel .

ארוחת בוקר מצויינת ומאוד מגוונת. חדר מאובזר בכל הנדרש (חסר מגהץ שנמצא בכל מלון ברמת הזו). קבלת הפנים בחדר היתה מושקעת ומפנקת מאוד. צוות נפלא ושירותי מאוד.

הנקיון במרחבים הציבוריים כולל חדר השירותים בבריכה, לא היו מספקים (במיוחד בשירותים)
