Horrible, big black stains in mattresses Qeens are full beds instead. Dogs poop all over the place. Non smoke rooms smells just like raw weed, omg my daughter has asthma was having breathing issues the first few days. I did stay for 3 weeks cause that’s what i could afford while waiting for my house to be ready but they can do better. When I went to ask for new bed sheet and towels they told me I had to wait until Monday meaning that two towels and bed sheet was for the whole week and I have to give my dirty ones in the morning and I have to wait for it in the afternoon. It’s pure ridiculousness.

No me gustó, porque engañan a las personas, la alberca está cerrada desde hace años y no tienen desayuno, deberían de decir las cosas como son. Huele a marihuana.

Location

When entering my room, there was marijuana all over the table under the tv, some type of white liquid, sheets where dirt and springs in bed were visible through sheets. When getting another room we stepped in while in floor in third floor. They advised a pool in here as well as in their entrance walls which wasn’t up. We were woke up at 9:30ish from fire alarms when we opened door was knocked back by marijuana smoke.

The front desk staff were very pleasant.

The rooms were disgusting! The whole place smelled like weed, the 3rd floor hall way was damp and the floor sunk do2n in many places. The towels were stained, the beds were gross. The water pressure was awful. The blankets were stained, the sheets did not even cover the mattress, there was no mattress protector and the whole bed felt boulders encased in the mattress. We only stayed 5 hours. I had to get the rest of my stay refunded and I booked at another location. Stay away from this disgusting property.

a shower that the handle to operate did not fall off. proper toiletries not little dinky backs of soap and shampoo
