"Embassy Suites Memorial Day weekend stay"

I liked having the option of the daily happy hour and the free breakfast was great! The room was large and comfortable and the customer service was amazing.

We got locked out of our room for about 20 minutes. The battery for the keypad went bad. Not the hotel's fault but ongoing maintenance to proactively change batteries so guests are not locked out. That's not a good feeling and then to have to make trips back to the front desk for assistance. You want to get to your belongings and use the facilities that you pay for immediately without interruption. It causes unnecessary anxiety.

The breakfast was very good. Made to order omelets were outstanding.

Nothing. Services were good. I would prefer free parking, but I drove and had to pay to park my car. This was not a show stopper.

"Not worth the stay"

It wasn’t worth the pay. The pool was nice but overly crowded with kids. Access to the rooms would’ve been great if ppl who didn’t have a room were not able to get in.
