"I would definitely stay again."

Location and staff were great. Even with the big crowd they were able to get us everything we needed.

There was something wrong with the TV volume and they weren’t able to figure it out.

"if i have to attend something at the coliseum again, im going to try another close hotel"

Very close to coliseum, food, and shops.

our room didn’t seem to be cleaned thoroughly as there were chips near the desk in the bedroom and it was still items in the fridge from the previous person’s stay. i book ES all the time on my travels and breakfast is always great, but this breakfast was cold and greasy and some items hard b/c they had been sittin there awhile

Close to shopping and food

My husband got locked out of our room, staff would not let him in until I woke up to confirm. They could have called the room to wake me up, my husband and kids were in the lobby for 2 hours

We had a dance competition at the convention center, so it was very convenient! It was clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
