Gostei do sossego e da calma da Vila e a piscina é fantástica água quente. Ambiente espetacular os hóspedes educados. Tudo 5*.

First impressions are that the amount of space is excellent in the apartments. Once I got past that and spend a bit of time in it I found there to be very little comfort to be had. The wicker furniture, although they were covered in soft seating, there were no cushions against the sides which made it very hard against the wickerwork. The plastic chairs on the outside area were flimsy plastic which had no strength when leaning back and very uncomfortable. The beds were rock hard (when I say I like a hard bed this was way too much) and I struggled to lie on my side, as did my wife. The TV was more akin to a computer monitor and over 10 years old. The pool area also has poor quality lilo beds and too few parasols. The music seems to come from a radio through tiny tinny sounding speakers nearvthe bar. All in, it's very tired and needs a bit of investment for easy fixes. A mattress topper, a few cushions, decent size tv, few more parasols around pool. Nothing in the locale to do on an evening if wanting to stay close by. There is another hotel they mentioned nearby which we went to. It was as quiet as a graveyard, despite being peak season. The staff were very friendly and the prices for food and drinks were good. Cleaner came once in 8 days and had to request a return. I'm used to 2 days max for towels and bedding. 7 days is more than enough here.

As férias foram boas, mas infelizmente a experiência no hotel deixou a desejar — especialmente no que diz respeito ao tratamento com o meu cão. Escolhi esse hotel justamente por se dizer "pet friendly", mas o que encontrei foi o oposto disso: Nada foi oferecido ao meu cão: – Nem cama, nem comedouro, nem sequer uma tigelinha de água. – Nenhum mimo, nenhum gesto de acolhimento. Em vez disso, recebi uma lista enorme de restrições para ele e ainda tive que pagar 50 euros pela estadia do meu companheiro de quatro patas… Para quê, exatamente? Ser pet friendly não é só aceitar animais, é saber recebê-los com empatia, conforto e carinho. Quando isso não acontece, sentimos que nossos pets são apenas tolerados — e não são bem-vindos. Fica aqui meu apelo: que os hotéis que se intitulam "pet friendly" pratiquem o que anunciam. Porque quem viaja com um animal leal e sensível sabe o quanto ele também merece ser bem tratado. - durante os 5 dias que estivemos lá a piscina não foi limpa o que originou acumulo de sujidade no fundo da piscina. - mal amanhecia já não conseguíamos dormir mais pois as janelas têm umas meras cortinas. Aconselhamos a serem colocadas outro tipo de protecão de forma a prevenir a entrada de luz pelo menos nos quartos. - o pagamento de caução de 250 euros não faz qualquer sentido principalmente quando á chegada á villa não é feito nenhum tipo de controlo do estado das coisas . - escadas de acesso entre as villas e piscina em mau estado o que levou ao meu filho cair e magoar-se.
