Zimmer ist okay aber die Umgebung schlecht

On January 3rd and 4th, 2025, I noticed that my account was charged twice at the property in Frankfurt. As of now, I have not received any compensation for this issue.

The drug users that used the hotel as day rooms to have some fun with the local girls. The shit stains on the ceiling. the stains on the matresses.. Also, the fear of getting stabbed when going outside, loved it!

You get what you pay for, 60€ and it was absolutely horrible, bugs on the bed, smoke and condition of the place is very run down. It's insane how these places exist like this. The area has some nicer places for €40-50 more!

I was put to Hotel Crown and it was terrible, dirty. The whole area is full of junks.

Upon arrival, I was sent to another hotel, a 10-minute walk away, and was given the worst room right next to the reception. The noise was so bad that it was impossible to rest or even sleep. I asked to change the room, but they said all rooms were fully booked.

Truly unforgettable – a masterclass in neglect. They took my money with ease, but when it came to my refund request after seeing the room, their silence was golden.

This hotel is a scam. The room was filthy—hair in the toilet, a broken soap dispenser, and stained towels. When I asked for help, the receptionist is a puppet, was dismissive and refused to assist and watching shorts with his phone, insisting I email the manager, who still hasn’t responded, and it was 2 weeks ago after I sent an email. Exploiting guests by ignoring complaints and failing to provide basic hygiene. I had to leave and pay for another hotel. I still didn't get reply nor refund, even if I didn't stay at this hotel because of the hygiene issue. Avoid this place if you value cleanliness and customer service.
