Friendly and helpful staff, excellent food, spa facilities very good, reasonable prices. Some property maintenance required, eg: radiator valve (room too hot), toilet flushing, electric socket loose, gymn equipment unserviceable.

My partner and I booked the Ibiza based on the views and chic look of the hotel. The views from the room were great but the room itself is in need of updating, the wooden shutters on the windows and doors were broken and would slam into the walls with a gust of wind, the wooden furnishings were all tatty and scratched, paint peeling from the walls, no extractor fan in the bathroom, a block of wood keeping the shelf above the radiator in place etc. There wasn’t a fridge, iron or even tea and coffee making facilities in the room, you had to walk down the corridor to the communal hot water tank. We were half board, but the quality of the food was pretty poor. The hot buffet was very cheaply done (Breakfast and Dinner) however the coffee, pastries and freshly cooked meat station in the evenings were very good. We ate out most nights! The pictures of the hotel are usually the of the bar, reception and restaurant. We now know this is because it’s the place where money has been spent and does look very good (apart from the strange action men and Barbie dolls......very cheap and wierd) the rest of the building is very shabby and desperately needs new decor. Overall it seems like a hotel that is stuck between investing money and being a popular, chic hotel or leaving as is and being a cheap all inclusive family hotel....still don’t know what they are aiming for. Staff are pleasant but messed up our late check out.........twice!! We would not recommend or return.

All the facilities you would need. Even a coffee and tea tray in the hall with croissants - a nice touch. There was an odour in the ski changing room

Great hotel , breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice , reception staff especially Lauren were lovely . Room was a little tired could do with an update and it did smell of cigarette smoke which was a bit off putting.... but other than that it was great , excellent location for the town

Struttura al di sotto delle aspettative

situé à la fin du village et d'une architecture banale, cet hôtel réserve pourtant bien des surprises. Tel un cocon, l'hôtel ouvre ses portes sur une ambiance cosue, plutôt chic (années 70) avec une décoration "décalée". L'accueil est chaleureux, les lieux sont propres, le jacuzzi est juste à température et la piscine offre une magnifique vue sur les montagnes. Un seul bémol: les années passent et l'hôtel "souffre" de l'usure du temps. Nous avons passé un très agréable week-end en famille dans une double chambre aux dimensions généreuses.
