WorldMark Birch Bay

I like the location close to the beach and restaurant. I didn’t like the bed and small space. I book for king size bed ahead of time for my husband & kids, and when I check in they gave me a queen bed. It was unfair to pay for king size and don’t give a discount. And I didn’t even get notified that the king size room was not available. We didn’t sleep well It was a squeaky bed and broken. But good thing they were able fix it next day. They also didn’t clean the room well my husband found a soap or toy under the couch. Room for improvement for their customer service.

The room was as expected, the outside deck had not been cleaned and was uncomfortable to use. We had to clean off the moss ourselves before using.

Very pleasant. Short walk to the rocky beach. Good places to eat. Blaine is 5 minutes away. Peace Arch is 10 minutes away.

Excellent rooms, staff, cleanliness and location. I have no hesitation recommending this resort. My only concern is that for hot summers sleep would be uncomfortable so I think room air conditioners will be a must for the future.

My husband and I drove for 4 hours to get to our vacation. We were tired and exhausted and hungry. We were forced to go to the timeshare sales desk in order to get our room keys. I've been a timeshare owner for 20 years and have no interest in purchasing more. We barely find time to use the one I own. We were harassed daily for the first 3 days about purchasing a timeshare, or joining them in a presentation. After 3 days and four phone calls to our room, we ended up unplugging the phones in order to have peace and solitude. If someone says no, trust them. Harassing them relentlessly is only going to make me not return to your property

booking. com could have been better .i book with you all the time . i will never book with you again !! we told that booking . com had overbooked ,we didn't have a room .after being hung up on by andre and then another person said we were on own and to bill booking.com accordingly .went back into wyndham they took over and said don't worry and gave us an upgrade, and they dealt with everything ! i will definitely stay there again , but i won't do it thru booking .com your staff is totally incompetent

Great location directly across from Birch Bay. We got lucky as had a great unit with view of the bay where enjoyed the sunsets. Unit well stocked even has BBQ. Loved that resort does not charge excessive 'resort' fees (cleaning, wifi, etc). Only billed tax on arrival and of course a deposit. You can pay for WiFi if you want to have it. Great coffee shop in front of building and restaurants within walking distance. Quaint area. Lots to do in the area-strolling along the bay, hiking, biking, chilling. We headed to Vancouver/Victoria for the day. Butchart Gardens are not to be missed-its a full day with ferry and all. Peace Arch Park is also great. It's just minutes from Birch Bay-take your passport. You can be in Canada and USA at the same time. Was there Sunday thru Friday so was very peaceful during the week.

The location was perfect and the proximity to services (corner store, restaurant, ice cream store) was great for the kids.

The only thing would be an easier bike storage and access to bikes
