Four Points by Sheraton Ljubljana Mons

Breakfast was plentiful and offered a good variety of choices. One of the biggest advantages of the accommodation is the Tesla chargers in the parking area. We were able to charge our electric car every evening after returning from our day trips. The hotel is in a great location, right next to the motorway.

This was the first time we had ever stayed in what we considered a luxury hotel. Based on the Sheraton brand and the price we paid, we expected a beautiful, clean, and well soundproofed room. Instead, the furniture felt outdated, as if it had been left over from the 1990s, and we could hear everything from both the corridor and the room above us, including conversations and footsteps. When we requested housekeeping, it was obvious that the area behind the door had not been cleaned, as dust bunnies were still there. As someone who exercises regularly, one of the main reasons I chose this hotel was its gym. However, I now understand why there is only a single photo of it online - it is so sparsely equipped that everything fits into one picture. The swimming pool was also disappointing. From a brand like Sheraton, we expected a proper wellness area with a hot tub or similar facilities. However, the photos are accurate: it really is just a standard swimming pool.

One of the best Four Points we have ever been. Quiet, comfortable, the food at the restaurant was amazing, breakfast was great, everything very fresh, staff was kind and efficient (specially Sofjia from front desk)
