We slept through breakfast hours.

The hallway could had been cleaner than what it was.

Location right off the expressway

Dirty filthy. I couldn’t even shower I didn’t sleep under the covers. If there were rooms available nearby I would have left.

We got the same handicap parking spot every night, which was convenient for our daughter.

1. This wasn’t just an extended stay hotel, people were LIVING HERE! 2. The “hotel” smelled awful due to all of the food being cooked, then traveling onto the elevator and going floor to floor to other rooms. Some of them had their doors open and the rooms were disgusting and the smell filled the hallway, and then our room smelled horrible when we walked into in EVERY NIGHT! 3. There was also a HEAVY presence of weed. The smell was overwhelming. 4. One morning as we were leaving our room, my husband was ahead of me and my two children. A man opened his door, made eye contact with me, looked at my kids, looked at the room we came out of, looked back at me and then went back into his room. I 100% did NOT FEEL SAFE! I’m glad my husband was with me, and that we both conceal carry. 5. Our shower/bath tub didn’t drain. Every time we showered, the bath tub just filled up with water and it would be ankle deep by the time we would finish taking a shower. 6. Upon entering our room, it smelled musty and everyday when we came back, it smelled that way due to all of the food being cooked everyday. 7. It is a very loud place to stay due to it being an “extended stay”. 8. People were slamming doors after 11:00pm and around 3:30am. 9. Everyday the same man was sitting in the lobby almost like he was lurking at everyone entering the facility. 10. We interacted with 1 worker, 2 times over the time period we stayed and she was nice. Nobody was there for checkout. WE WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN! IF THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STAY CLOSER TO DOWNTOWN, WE WOULD HAVE LEFT AFTER THE FIRST NIGHT WE STAYED.

There was a three dollar and 50 Cent charge for me to exchange washcloths and towels for the three day state we had. There was no blow dryers in the room when I went downstairs to request a blow dryer. They only had four which you had to leave your ID for in order to use but when I went down there, they were all checked out until like the day that I was leaving so I was unable to use a blow dryer to blow my hair and the staff I can only speak to the lady Christine at front desk. I was not to find her. Yeah her tone wasn’t the greatest, but I guess it would be considered professional because she didn’t raise her voice, but she was she was not very welcoming and I had another friend that booked on the same website as I did that stayed on the fourth floor that was lighter and skin. She almost looks white and they did not charge her to get an extra towel or washcloth they did not tell her that she had to exchange what she used the dirty linen for new Lennon and it just was not welcoming or inviting at all for me not only that the person I stayed for when she went back downstairs. She said the lady Christine or Christina was very rude to her and she’s up a doctor complexion and I noticed that all of the group of friends that I had that stayed in that hotel and various rooms were all darker skin women, and they had issues with her, but the one person that I traveled with that was of a fair tone. Skin did not have issues with her. She was really nice to her a very welcoming to her, but not the others so I will not be back at any WoodSpring in any city or state.

Dog friendly, location, Manager was knowledgeable and new the area directions and suggestions. I stayed 31 days. I added 24 days

I thought staying that many days. I could get extra towels and change of linen. Was basically told I could use the laundry machines provided coin operated. I paid over $2400. New towels once a week (7days). SHEETS at least after 14 days

Absolutely NOTHING.

EVERYTHING. The hallway/building itself smelled disgusting. We checked in and went to our room that hadn’t been cleaned at all, went back downstairs to get a new room, gave us one that was HORRIFYING. No linens, room looked like it hadn’t been touched after they said it was ready. We got ready as fast as we could for our event and checked out within an hour of being there.
