West Bank Inn

Everything is consistent, clean, and friendly owner and staff. I appreciate the recliner in my room.

We had clean bedding and the water was nice and hot.

I didn't feel the safest during this stay. The area around the hotel was pretty run down looking. We had graffiti on the back of our bathroom door that the manager wasn't aware of as well. There were also a lot of people out and milling about and it's not a good feeling when you're traveling late like I was. Overall, it was ok. I just didn't feel like I was completely safe and felt on guard for the rest of the night/early morning because I couldn't shake that feeling.

The bathroom is very small. The beds are too soft

Clean and nice

Room was clean and cared for. Bed was comfortable. Shower had good pressure. No smoke or marijuana smell. All in all, very nice for a budget hotel.

Clearly an old budget hotel from exterior. No breakfast (new owner is waiting for food permit). Was unsure if I made a good choice until I saw how clean and nice the room was.

It was convenient to places I wanted to visit. Staff there was great but apparently booking.com was a waste of time. You didn’t bother to tell Banks inn that my husband has no legs & needed a handicap shower. They did not have that type of room available. I tried to call other places but none had what we needed.

No working ice machine ….
