I liked everything about it. Friendly staff, quiet, peaceful, clean. The bed was really comfortable, not like some of the other hotels I have been booked in. Great place, highly recommend it for people traveling through. Close to the Interstate and a straight shot to my doctor's office.

It was all good, Nothing bad to say.

The property is aged but it was in great condition . The whole staff were VERY friendly and accommodating. Room had very hot water for showers , clean room ,and bed was comfortable .

I only go to Augusta once a year but I always stay at West Bank Inn. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and an excellent value! No, it's not fancy but if you only need the basics presented superbly, this is the place for you. I also appreciate the Bibles in the room. I rarely see that any more.

The odor from the disinfectants was really strong when I arrived. I'm prone to migraines from strong odors but I didn't get one, fortunately!
