The towel rack came off the support first day, we called and they said they would fix it. Checked out and told them no one came to fix it. They told us they were waiting for us to check out. So we had to hang our towels on the shower curtain rod. Our toilet made a hissing sound so we had to jiggle the handle to get it to stop. Other than that great place would stay again.
I didn't realize it was like a little apartment which I loved. It's a little dated and could use a facelift, but overall it was clean and comfortable.
Really nice area with a lot of things to do in the property. Klamath Falls area has amazing natural beauty.
We stayed in building 3, the elevator carpet was dirty and the building exterior was not real clean and we started to have reservations about our choice, however we were completely wrong. The unit was spotless and the furniture was new and updated, the bed was very nice, kitchen was fully furnished, the deck included a spotless gas grill. We played golf twice and the course was in very good shape, dinner options were limited, but we didn't care, we cooked in the unit. This was a great deal for what they changed... We highly recommend this property to a traveling couple or small family.

The condo unit was nice and clean. The bathroom needs a good upgrade to match with other features as the toilet and shower needs a long due upgrade.
Love the condo set up, with full kitchen. Also loved the location and activities. Great place. Our room smelled a bit of smoke, but the personnel was great at addressing it and took care of it.
