The room and facility were nice

Being harassed within minutes of arriving to sign up for a presentation. It caused a lot of stress, then when we decided not to go I got multiple text messages begging us to go. Not what I wanted for our first vacation in years. No better than the "time share vultures" in Las Vegas in my opinion. To put it bluntly, we spent our savings on this trip and your team killed the mood for our 25th anniversary.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The accomodations are a little dated, but clean. The suite layouts are good. We had a king suite. We would stay there again.

More complimentary lobby food/drink service would be great.

The hot tub hours were too limited—closed at 8:00. The restaurant also closed the kitchen at 8:00 on a Friday night. Seems like a missed opportunity.

"Time share"

Hotel staff gave us bad directions to our room, there was no access to the room with a luggage cart via the direction they sent us. The room a very dirty, food and food wrappers on the floor. Dead bugs on the floor. They tried for 15 minutes to get us to do a 90 minute time share meeting. I finally just had to walk away.
