The resort our room was at is so very beautiful, with the golf course, the river, nestled in pine trees.

It’s peaceful and has beautiful views in every direction.

This property is great but the listing does not give enough information. There is a no pets policy that was never listed or mentioned. We were informed that we would have to pay a non-refundable $200 fee for our pet after we had arrived and checked in. There was also a charge for wifi access per device per day, that is not an amenity. We arrived to a dirty room with unmade beds and no paper products. I called the desk and they promptly got us a clean room which I appreciated, especially during COVID. When they called about our dog the next day I was able to speak to management. She agreed to wave the pet fee since we were put in a dirty room. Beautiful facility but they need better communication to guests about the policies and with staff about which rooms are clean and which aren’t.

Stairwells need cleaning and new carpet. Check in process is confusing with Worldmark desk on the 3rd floor.

The gorgeous apartment type room we got for a very affordable price! Very comfortable and with everything you'd need for a cozy stay.

Room was clean and very comfortable. Check in was not so smooth and we were not impressed with the pressure to attend a tour to purchase a timeshare as our vacation was only a couple days. The checkin that took 30 minutes should have been 10-15 at the most. Checkout was much smoother and everyone was very friendly.

It was great! Only issue we had was they turned our keys off prior to the time we were to check out. We were a little way away from the lodge ave we needed to go back to get our cards reprogrammed which was a little bit of an inconvenience. Other than that, our stay was great and we loved the condo.

Comfy bed. Happy to have kitchen. Would have liked indoor pool in building, rather than a car ride away. Mini golf was excellent!

Very nice but view of parking lot instead of golf course or deer.
