Ruishi Hotel Dalian

This was our second stay here. This is a great hotel in a great area. Labor Park is across the street, it's very nice. There's plenty of shopping in the area. They keep everything very clean. The staff is excellent and friendly. A shout out to the assistant manager, Alex. He was very helpful in resolving a billing issue from the travel site. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection of foods and the coffee was excellent. We'll be back the next time we travel to Dalian.

施設は古くなったが、移動に便利で 買い物や食事がしやすい また　とてもリーズナブルな料金であるのが嬉しい 朝食の質が落ちたのは残念だが、それ以外には妥当なホテルです

房间隔音效果不好👎！

The concierge was not helpful. I had asked him to call me when my food order arrived so I can come pick it up and he didn’t . The delivery man took back my dinner order. The Assistant manager provided me a noodle soup until the order arrived again.

The linen, and pillows need to be washed regularly. They have a worn smell. I asked for the pillows to be exchanged because they had a bad smell and was provided worse o es that smelled like a smokers pillow. I booked an apartment so I had a washer/dryer so I had to wash the four pillows, the pillow cases and the duvet. There was foul order coming from the drain in the bathroom and kitchen sink. I tried to burn incense and the Assistant manager Ms. Xiao came in a very condescending attitude to demand to check my room. I then proceeded to show her the pictures of the linen, pillows, and duvet I had washed. Also, I had to place plastic bags over the drains in the shower and in the kitchen due to the bad odor. She then apologized and offered a noodle soup. The lobby on the floor was not vacuumed and remained dirty during the more than a week I stayed there. Since I booked a no -refundable room I was not able to go to another hotel.

労働公園を真下に見るロケーションで景色は良かったです。トイレは温水便座が付いていて日本人には嬉しいです。

毎度お世話になっております

徒歩圏内に大連駅、勝利広場があり、飲食店も多数あるエリアです。お部屋は、アパートメントタイブで、浴槽、キッチン、ウォシュレットも日本式で使いやすかったです。
