"Overall it was a great time! Wonderful staff, clean rooms, and excellent food!"

The food options were amazing, all really great! Staff was very friendly. Location was lovely. The pool side area was always clean and there were plenty of towels. The attendant was so great at getting us a Taxi quickly. Overall it was a great experience. We felt safe on the premises and well taken care of!

There was confusion in the charges. I think more front desk staff would be great. When we checked in - in three separate groups - none of us were provided an explanation for tipping and how we would provide our room numbers for dining services.

L’hôtel est très grand et spacieux, la possibilité d’aller dans les autres Pueblo bonito est un plus. Les chambres sont propres.

Impossible de se baigner à la plage à cause des vagues et courants, le fait de réserver les dîners tous les soirs .. et quand on se déplace vers les autres hôtels Pueblo bonito c’est un peu long .. et sinon le personnel privilégie certains clients et en oublie d’autres c’est bien dommage !

Very relaxing adult only resort all inclusive with easy access to the other properties by free A/C shuttle so you get to have many options for dining and pools!! And beaches!

Very clean, well kept, laid back, attentive staff, beautiful views, and nice fancy restaurants with good drinks and food! The very pleasing aroma of the resort and rooms alone are enough to make me want to return! Lol..I recommend staying in the Towers you have access to the Whale Watch Lounge which we frequented throughout our stay. Gabriel and Dulce (our butlers) were phenomenal and made sure all of our needs were met throughout each day..they did an amazing job setting up our room with champagne cake and happy birthday decorations to surprise my wife! We would definitely return!
