La posizione è ottima, vicinissima al centro ed alla stazione ferroviaria. la struttura è moderna, senza perdere la caratteristica storica del luogo, e accogliente. Il personale disponibile, il checkin è stato fatto elettronicamente prima di accedere alla struttura accelerando i tempi.

Le comunicazioni dell'hotel prima dell'arrivo erano in Tedesco, non conoscendolo ho dovuto sempre tradurle con sistemi on -line. Le ccomunicazioni anche in inglese sarebbero state apprezzate,

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Unser Zimmer war wunderschön eingerichtet, sauber und sehr komfortabel – ein perfekter Rückzugsort nach einem Tag in Innsbruck. Besonders gefallen hat uns die angenehme Atmosphäre im gesamten Hotel. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
