Loved the pool (big) and the private balconies. I was happy to have hot water for showers. It was handy to have the snack bar. It was such a short walk to the beach, which was excellent. Access to free drinkable water was a bonus.

Our shower head would spray up when the water was put on full and get the bathroom floor wet, so we had to remember to only put the tap partway on.

loved the location. rooms were spacious and comfortable. very friendly and helpful staff.

poor wifi. found that frustrating. No sun around the pool. felt very closed in. we ended up never using the pool. it would be great if we had little kids with us as it felt very safe.

"A festive place"

The location is good, very close to the beach. There were a lot of family during our stay in July, and the pool was always full of children and families chilling around. The environment was very festive, with people eating in the large open hallways.

When we got there the cold water was brown. It got better in the second day. The AC in our room made a lot of noise so we had to put turbo before going to bed and keep it lower during the night. The staff was good but the emphasis on not stealing their towels or remote controls when they show you your room gives a bad first impression. 100 pesos charge if you leave the glasses dirty? Really?

The accommodation is great however it was very busy and very noisy. We did not realize this is a busy time for Mexicans who love to party and love loud music. Our mistake as we usually visit in January or February.

"Le falta buen estaciónamiento y elevador "

Las habitaciones están bien pero no cuentan con un buen estaciónamiento además de que no cuenta con elevador y eso me afecto ya que traía mucho equipaje y me dieron habitación en el cuarto piso
